By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that:

you are legally capable of entering into these Terms; and
if you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization.

If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
all activities under your account;
providing accurate and current account information.

3. Service Access and License

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

collect unlawful, discriminatory, or sensitive personal data without required legal basis and disclosures;
send spam, malware, or deceptive content;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
conduct activities that are fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

We may suspend access for violations of this section.

6. Plans, Billing, and Subscription Terms

Paid plans are billed via Stripe and governed by your selected plan, billing cycle, and applicable taxes.

6.1 Billing Cycles and Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Renewal occurs at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

6.2 Price Changes

We may update pricing for future billing periods. We will provide reasonable prior notice where required by law.

6.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry charges and/or limit paid features until the account is brought current.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel through your billing portal.

Unless otherwise stated in your plan, cancellations apply at the end of the current paid period.

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy in effect at the time of charge and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including payment providers, hosting, and analytics).

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information ("Confidential Information").

The receiving party must use Confidential Information only for permitted purposes and protect it with reasonable care.

10. Data Protection

11. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service.

Either party may terminate:

for convenience, by discontinuing use/cancelling subscription; or
for material breach if uncured after reasonable notice (or immediately for serious violations).

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL;
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

15. Indemnification
